HI Half,

It may be that you're wearing something that's animating your avatar. Remove attachments one at a time until the problem goes away. If it does go away, the last thing you removed is the cause.

If it's not an attachment, it might be viewer related. I keep two different viewers (the official SL viewer and Firestorm) on my computer to help troubleshoot problems like this. If the problem occurs in ont, but not the other, try a re-install of the broken viewer. If the problem occurs in both, I'm stumped.

I suppose it could be a communications issue, but I'd expect other things to go wrong as well. If all else fails, you might try improving the quality of your internet connection to SL. Here's a guide...
