Nope.  There's nothing showing in the Grid Status blog and I can navigate to that page myself >>> https://accounts.secondlife.com/billing_information/?lang=en-US .

Try clearing your browser's cache or using a different web browser (preferably not IE;  SL web sites typically have fewer problems with Chrome, Opera, or Firefox).
