Sure she can.  You can always make the permissions on something you own more restrictive when you give the object to someone else.

BTW, please do not start a new thread if you are simply continuing a current question or providing extra information. Doing that makes it hard for us to see what other people have already suggested, and it pushes other residents' questions off the page.

so right now i have it set to copy/mod/no transfer if i transfer to her as this she should be able to put it on MP correct?

No. If you give it to her with NO-Trans perms, she will not be able to transfer it. If you want her to be able to transfer it, she has to have transfer permission. Then SHE can set it to no transfer so that the NEXT person can't transfer it.  If I am working on a project with someone else, we always set our work to full perms and to share with th group we are both in.  That way, either of us can update or modify the object and then set perms for whoever we want to give/sell it to later.
