How do I increase my daily trade limit so that I can sell my lindens

Do I have to buy lindens before I can sell I have a 24 hour buying trade limit of 100$us

 

I am not sure how the buying and selling works, or how I do it.. Can I do it on a linden ATM in the actual game

About limits go to your Dashboard (secondlife.com and login) and see Linden Exchange > Manage > Biling Trading Limits ( https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/describe-limits.php ).

About buy in ATM of other Third Party reseleers, be sure you are buying from an approved reseller: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/L$_Marketplace

Yes you need to buy first as I recall, as you need a credit history with Linden Lab, your selling limits start from seven days after your first buy.
