Ok so ive done everything from calling to email to try to fi d out why my main account is on hold

Hmmm.. This account is barely a week and a half old, so if it's the one that's on hold, you must have done something fairly serious very quickly. 

As you have discovered, the Billing Office cannot tell you anything about a hold, unless you have an overdue bill.  When Linden Lab puts an account on hold, they generally send an e-mail notice to let you know why and how long you will be on hold.   If you can't find it, check your spam filter to see where it may be stuck.   Otherwise, all you can do is submit a support case and be patient.

IF you owed them any money, you would have to pay that off first too before they open your account back also. IE: Bought Lindens,Used them out,bank Rejected: Account Banned..... Premiums not paid off too < friend had an Issue with theirs ,It was from old premium not paid for for months. Being two weeks old I would have to agree on the previous post. :matte-motes-wink:
