You obviously didn't see the little link Terms and Conditions apply:

 

"The L$1,000 sign-up bonus is deposited only after your Premium Membership has been active for 45 consecutive days."

Hi Logan,

As Montana notes, the L$1000 signing bonus arrives after your 45 consecutive day as a premium member. Your weekly L$300 stipend is paid out every Tuesday, so your first (or second?) stipend payment will arrive next week.
