I am getting duplicate IM e-mails (offline) to my e-mail account (all IMs.) Is there a fix for this?

That used to be a common problem for people who were using a translator in world.  They'd get one IM forwarded in the normal way and a second one forwarded by the translator.  I haven't seen that happen for a long time, but if you are using a translator, turn it off and se if the problem goes away.
