how do i reset my shopping cart?

The few times I've had this issue a Internet Browser Cache and Cookie purge[delete] fixed me up perfectly.

For IE, make sure that all IE sessions are closed and launch from the Internet Options icon in the Control Panel. Delete all cache and cookies....

Nothing like a fresh start.

Ctrl+Shift+Del

This will bring up the clear cookies, history, etc for most web browsers

it still the same lol i even went on a different computer and it still shows the cart has 10 and theres nothing... how do i make a ticket sl need to reset it
