avoiding / fixing tempory mesh corruptions ?

issues Im running into a lot!

I zoom my camera around my environment a bit, say a store then when I focus back on myself my mesh body is full of holes my chest sticks out through my top, my hair looks blocking in some parts see through.

this is only client side and seems teleporting or chaning graphics settings fix it, but is there a better way?

 

secondly sometimes my hair mesh dosn't load, says I am wearing it but Im just left walking around looking bald, anything I can do about this ?

Removing and then adding the item mostly fixes it for me.

Yeah, sometimes. But of late, i find that the only recourse is a reboot.  The damn things just lock up, if not in my viewr, then in everyone else's. Almost always cleared up with a reboot, but still, a big PIA
