Wher can you find a job here  inworld in SL?

That depends on how talented you are.  The best "jobs" are the ones you create for yourself.  If you have a RL skill as a designer, a 3D modeler, a scripter, or an animator or if you are a skilled musician or a DJ, you can do well by creating things or performing for other residents.  Competition is fairly steep, because there are many talented people in SL, but the market is large too.  Anyone can sell in the Marketplace or open an in-world business.

If you don't have a marketable skill, there are fewer choices, or at least few that pay well for your time.  There's not much demand for unskilled labor, but you can find clubs and other businesses advertizing in the InWorld Employment forum here.  You may also post something there to offer your services.  Take a look also at http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Guide_to_Jobs_in_Second_Life for other ideas.

In the end, the best reason to work at anything in SL is because you enjoy it.  Even those of us who are skilled creators or performers could earn a lot more doing the same things in RL than we can in SL.  Work here because it's fun.
