how to close a store on market place for not working properly

how can i close a store i just opened with no items for not loading the items properly in the manage listings?

You can't close your store, and you can't make another one...only one store per account!  However, you can get help in the Merchants forum, or by filing a support case.

I suggest you post there and place a link in your post here. Use OPTIONS in the upper right to edit the post. That will let others follow your problem and see, hopefully, the solution.

Also, give a VERY DETAILED explanation of the problem your having. To get an idea of very detailed and what people need to know to help, go through filing a JIRA Bug Report. Your problem is not ready for a JIRA. So, I would cancel it rather than submit it. Someone will likely be able to show you where you went wrong.
