I lost my account password and have no email,lindens arent replying

Question

I own the account djkicka carver, I had it for over 4 years now and put so much work into it and bought loads of stuff I cant possibly start again, i tried filling out a customer service report three times no reply, I really need my account back it was verified so I can prove that it was mine. How please? the website links broken on the reset page, the part where it says have you no longer access to this email ,takes you back to entering your avatar name.

i used the ticket system several times to reactivate a old account and it worked perfectly, and within a few days. If you send in the ticket in the right category (reactivate old account) and with the personal information already included you will get a answer in at most two days normally, of course not at holidays or sundays.

don't forget to give a guest email adress in the right place of the form to contact you, or your reply might get in the spam.
