THE STORE THE SHOPS NOT DELIVERED ITEMS PURCHASED

Were you in Busy (Unavailable) mode when you made the purchases?  If so, the system would have tried to deliver them but you automatically refused them.  They're gone for good.

Whether this or something else was the problem, your only recourse is to contact the store owner and request a re-delivery.  Many stores have an automated re-delivery terminal.  If this one does not, send an IM and a polite notecard to the store owner or manager.
