If U buy new mesh skin will that replace the " face" of your current avitar

Some of the mesh bodies come with heads and other's don't.  Even if you don't use a mesh head, unless your current skin matches the skin that comes with the body, you will need a skin with mesh body appliers to blend the body into the head.  A new skin may change the look of your face.  So it's a matter of seeing if your skin creator sells appliers for mesh bodies or finding skin appliers for the body with a skin for your default avatar head that is acceptable to you.

There is no such thing as a "mesh skin". Skins are always textures, just some come with appliers that allow you to "paint" the skin onto a mesh body of your choice. Most mesh bodies allow you to keep the head of the original avatar. But if the skin you are planning to use is a different one than the one you are using now, then your face will obviously look different. Because the way your face looks like is heavily influenced by the skintexture.
