I need to change my e-mail, but my account only allows the changing of the password. How to solve this?

Use Account/Contact Information at the left side of your Dashboard page.

Once you are at the Account Contact Page

An example page dialog is shown below.

Type in your new email address in the Email Address: field and then

Type in your SecondLife password in the Current Password: field and then press the orange Save Changes button.
