Why I can't run my viewer?

I've installed the second life viewer in my laptop and when I try to run appears a message that say me than I must reinstall the drivers in my laptop. I've tried with firestorm and appears the same message. I have a HP Compaq 6730b. Can somebody help me please?

According to what I can find on the Internet, that machine is designed for light business use, not for gaming, so it may be underpowered for use in SL.  It has a Intel GMA 4500MHD integrated graphics chip, which has been problematic for some SL residents, rather than a dedicated graphics card (See http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Troubleshooting-Intel-HD-4000-graphics-issues/ta-p/2213993 ).  As the message indicates, you should try upgrading the drivers for that graphics chip first >>> http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/graphics .
