I dont understand why i am being log out of sl tell 12-3-14

That's a very good question.  Most of the time when you get that message, it's because you have crashed and are trying to log back in too soon.  When you crash, the servers have to have time to do some cleanup, remember where you were last, put away your inventory cleanly, and prepare for your next login.  If you come back too quickly, it just messes things up, so the servers tell you to wait.  If you keep trying, you just make it worse, so they tell you to wait longer.  Typically, the wait is less than a minute.  If you are too insistent, though, or if the region you crashed from is having problems, the wait can be longer.

Depending on your time zone, 12-3-14 could be only minutes away.

Second Life uses the American date-numbering format of MONTH-DAY-YEAR so the wait will only be a short time. You may be thinking of the European or Japanese date formats which put things in a different order.
