I accidently clicked delete my account, how do I get the cancelation pending off my account?

Yes.  I assume that you are a Premium member.  Otherwise the cancellation would have been pretty much instantanteous.  Your Premium membership is prepaid, so it remains in force until the end of your current billing period, even if you cancel it today.  That's what "pending" means. So... contact Live Chat or (better) call the billing office and say OooooOPS.  Get them to remove your cancellation request.
