need full transaction history since 2009 or even earlier..

Question

Can any linden offcial please assit this matter?? I need to prove i did paid a sum of amount of lindens as investments years ago,

but i cannot remember which year, i want to withdraw my investment form a group, i need to it to show as prove incase that person deny my payment,please..

The current account transcation only shows the current or 30 days, that simply not good enough for me,

do i have to sign up for premium just to get help from a linden official for this kind of issue???

I wanted ot submit a ticket, but there weren't any category for my matter..

Hi Soulsurvivor,

Firstly you won`t get a Linden to reply here, You can try calling the toll free billing number for an answer but even premium members can`t get what you are asking for. Its really your own responsibility to save Transaction records to your HD before they get deleted.

The only thing I can suggest is, do you save your chat logs to your HD? If so you may have relevant conversations from the time saved.

Depending on your set up, you sometimes need to enable "show hidden files/folders" to get to the log location in Application Data. You can look in your preferences to see the location path of things that are saved to your HD & you can also change that to a location that you don`t commonly wipe (such as an external HD). I appreciate this may not help in your current situation but may be a good thing to look at for future record keeping.

I didn't realize about the pathway though..

Still, i am not sure how save transaction history into hd.., the old sl allows it but not the new one, no download button from there..

On you Account transaction history (from your website dashboard) there are 2 buttons (under the date range) "Download XLS" and "Download XML".
