I forgot my login and the my old e-mail is disabled

I forgot my password and my the e-mail adress I registered with my avatar is disabled.

When I ask for my password I receive a reply - "your password sent to your e-mail".

All you can do is submit a support case to explain your problem.  Linden Lab will almost certainly ask you for the answer to your secret security question, and will want you to provide a photocoipy of some official document (a driver's license?  a passport?) to prove who you are.   If they are satisfied that you are the account holder, they ought to be able to help you get access.
