Problem logging in

I have been consistently unable to login to second life for several weeks now. I added second life to my allowed programs for my firewall. I don't know what else to do. Please help,and thanks in advance,

Hard to help without knowing what kind of error you are getting and when, during the login process, you are receiving it.

If you still have a problem, please give the exact error message and post your System info, including the Viewer you are using.

All I had to do was erase the autofill of my username and password and retype them both. That sloved the problem. Thanks so much for trying to help me.
