The SL viewer launches but nothing happens.

Like it says in the title nothing happens when i try to launch the viewer. It'll flash the small window like its going to startup but then it just goes away and nothing happens. No viewer, no login. Nothing at all. Operating system= Windows Vista, CPU= Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9000 @ 2.00GHz, Graphics card= ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3870, Memory= 4GB. Also, i have reinstalled at least 3 times and still no progress.

It would make it easier if you gave us some more information about your computer, Operating System, CPU, Graphics Card, Memory. Use the Options drop down on your post to edit it and give some more details.

If you are using a recent version of Windows type Event Viewer in search and look in the windows logs to see if there are any errors at the time you log in probably in the application log or system log. If so cut and paste the message to your post.

As a first guess, something went wrong with the installation of the viewer. Try a reinstall following these instructions:

I suspect your video card is the problem. The minimum ATI card: ATI Radeon 9500 or better
