Hacked and now can't see my Profile. How do I fix this?

Others are able to see my profile, but I can't see it, nor that one of my friends. How can this be resolved?

How do you know you were hacked?  Your profile problem could be a case of a flaky internet connection.  See this link for things to investigate:  http://blog.nalates.net/2011/10/26/troubleshoot-your-sl-connection/

Usually, if your account is compromised, the first thing you'll notice is that your password doesn't work.  If your password DOES work...change it!  That way, if your account WAS compromised, you've re-established a level of security.

If you mean, you WERE hacked, and now have your account back safe and sound, but have problems seeing your profile, file a support ticket with LL.
