why cant i use my lindens dollars to pay my premium account why did it change i cant put my lindens into paypal now?

i dont use a credit card anymore and cant use paypal if i cant transfer all my lindens into it

You never could.  It says right in the TOS (Sect 4.5):“Linden Dollars” are virtual tokens that we license. Each Linden Dollar is a virtual token representing contractual permission from Linden Lab to access features of the Service. Linden Dollars are available for Purchase or distribution at Linden Lab's discretion, and are not redeemable for monetary value from Linden Lab.  Linden Lab won't accept L$ in payment for your premium fees or anything else, and PayPal has absolutely no idea what a Linden Dollar is.  You have to sell them to other SL residents on the LindeX first.  As soon as you do that, you will have a dollar balance in your account, and you can use THAT to pay your premium fees.  See https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/sell.php
