This is the sixth time you've asked the same question in the past two days. You'd have a lot better luck just asking it once and posting information about exactly what's happening. Here's my reply to your earlier question - did you try this?

There are griefing objects that can do what you're seeing by flooding local chat with blank lines. If this is the problem it will be an object somewhere nearby. Using Firestorm's spam-control tools you should be able to cut down the spam and then you can try and locate the object.

To turn on spam control go to "Preferences" - "Firestorm" - "Protection" and select "Enable Spam Protection." Once it kicks in it will tell you what it's blocking and you can try to find it.
