I don't receive anymore my IM when offline

I'm having an issue with secondlife, i have checked on "IM's and notices to email" and it worked well since last week.

And now it does not work anymore. I don't receive IM when offline and i have not unchecked it. Can you tell me how to get my IM back on my email ?

Check to make sure your email program or your ISP isn't blocking the messages as suspected spam.

I checked it. No blocking as spam in my email program.

It stopped working all at once without I change something...
