Why can't I upload meshes after completing the tutorial and having billing information on file?

Hi everyone,

I've had billing information on file for a few years and have completed the Mesh Upload Tutorial a while back but for some reason cannot upload meshes. It says I have do not have the rights to upload and still need to be certified. Does anyone have any advice?

If you have met both of those requirements, they should be green on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account >>> Mesh Upload Status .  If they are, and you're still having problems, I suggest submitting a support case.

Of course, if you are trying to upload on the Aditi grid, remember that you need to complete the tutorial there first.  It's the same as the one on the main grid, but you still need to do it.

I have payment info on file, and have done the ip tutorial, i get to the end of it, 9 questions of 9 and get to click on either "previous" or "see score" and it tells me that i have passed, and states this.... Congratulations! You are now registered to upload mesh!...... but still stays red and will not let me upload mesh, what can i do to change this and be able to upload mesh???

I have now 2-3 times payed the maximum ammount. also a house.

But I cannot get to any avatar nor the house.

This always trough me back to tte basic start and asking to pay the same again?????????????
