setup menu, help!

okay so i have a tattoo parlour in second life 

i have a desk and i wanted it to be setup, such as when someone clicks on my desk, a menu pops up saying 'Tattoo' and 'Piercing' and also asks, what appointment do you want?

and when selected one of the two options, they get sent a appointment notecard

That will require a custom script.  It's a very simple one to write -- a good exercise for a beginning scripter. If you feel like trying it, I suggest spending a little time practicing with a basic LSL tutorial first.  Then, the LSL functions you will want to use for your script are llDialog and llGiveInventory.  You will find them described (with examples) in the LSL wiki. If you don't feel up to it, I suggest posting a request like this one in the InWorld Employment forum to attract the attention of a scripter who could use the L$ and practice.
