My Mac OX 10.9.3 does not recognize all 3rd party viewers accept SL. What am I doing wrong? They did before I HAD to upgrade to 10.9.3

Hi Windy,

I'm running Firestorm and SLV on 10.9.3 without issues. What do you mean by "does not recognize"? Which viewers have you tried? Are you using the most up-to-date versions of each viewer?

Come back to your question and edit it (via "Options" over there on the right) to tell us more.

Absent further information, I can only recommend that you might try a clean install of any viewers that won't work. Here are instructions for doing that...
