How do I transfer money from my USD account to my credit?

I have money in my USD account and need it transfered to my credit card or w/e. How do I do this?

You don't.  You cannot transfer USD to a credit card.  You only have two options: (1) transfer to your PayPal account or (2) bank wire.  Option (2) is only available if you are transferring more than $10,000 or if you live in a country where PayPal is not available.
