My Second Life Wont Load Up

Hi, can u pleas help me?
i just installed the second life game but by starting up the game. its never show up

Did you install the correct version for your operating system (PC, Mac, Linux)?

Are you installing the viewer on a supported machine (not a Kindle or most tablets)?

Does your computer meet Recommended Standards for Second Life? 

Do you have a firewall or antivirus routine blocking Second Life?

Are you on a college campus or in a corporate setting where you have limited access to broadband?

Exactly what error messages are you getting, if any?

well my error is by dubble clicking the second life icon on deskshop or in data files to load up the .exe its show up and emedly afhter its been removed and then its gone and wont start up. sry bad english ps: enything u say its oright not worng with that

The viewer has been removed? It sounds to me as if you have a routine on your computer that is deleting the viewer, perhaps because it thinks it is a threat to the system. The SL viewer will not remove itself.
