Account Statements gone?

I have a friend in Germany who brought this to my attention. It seems LL broke/removed the ability of peopel to Generate PDF Account Statements they require for filing their taxes. Anyone know anything about this?

Basically the whole page is just inaccessible now. And without an official document with LL's VAT ID etc, their sim expenses can't be filed on their taxes It seems.

Yes, they are gone.

If you are viewing transactions, the Account History and Statements appear as separate lines/clickables.

If you click on Account Summary, the list below shows them as merged.

Either way, clicking Account Statements takes it to Account History without pdf, only csv.

Some of us need the PDF in order to reconcile corporate credit cards (for those of us who still have educational sims).

Yes, there are many people who need the pdf format.

If you haven't already, you can certainly comment on the JIRA - it's the best way to communicate with LL.

I was able to download up until April 2014. Now: no more. We also need the PDF as an invoice for the German Finanzamt / tax authorities. (Added this to the Jira.)

Here in the US the IRS does not appear to care about SL income/expenses, but only about what we cash out of SL through Paypal.  The only expenses they are interested in are those incurred after cashing out.

We are temporarily unable to provide the VAT information via the Account History page. If you require this information please file a Support Case  with the Type Billing - VAT Issues and include in the details "Account Transaction Summary PDF request  for <Month> <Year>". Please allow 72 hours for a reply.  We are working on a long term solution as well.
