I want my premium membership home to be in a G area.  How?

Hi ExGeeEye,

All Linden Homes are located on M rated sims. If you are adamant about living in a G area, you'll have to search out a 512m2 parcel of land and locate a house on that. Unfortunately, any home you place will eat into the 117 prim allowance for a parcel that size. Linden Homes do not count against the prim limit for the parcel they're on.

What you can do, ExGeeEye, is to NOT get a free Linden Home.  Instead, find and buy a 512 m2 parcel on a G rated Mainland sim.  You will not be charged monthly tier.  Many mainland parcels can be purchased for as little as $L1 per sq. m, or sometimes even less.

You can buy a larger parcel, but you will pay a monthly tier fee for land you own in excess of 512 m2.  For example, for a 1024 m2 parcel, you would pay a tier of (1024 - 512) = 512, or $5 USD per month.
