It is possible to birth a zooby's baby ?

If I want to have a family in my second life, I would like have a baby that looks realistic as zooby's baby.

I tried to search everywhere how the baby look when it is born, And it was not clear how, because I only saw the zooby's babies.. 

My question, is it possible to be pregnant with zooby baby ?

Or should buy the baby and then ready to play Without being pregnant ?

The whole pregnancy stuff in SL is just roleplay and how you do it is totally up to you. Some like to use huds, others don't. You could just make yourself a shape that makes you look pregnant and later play with your zooby baby.

You can birth a hippopotamus if that's your desire!

As has already been stated, its all just roleplay.  For someone to make it appear as though a newborn is being expelled from a lady's nether regions, you'd have to do it the SL way.
