Has The Cost Of Buying A Full Sim Decreased?

I have recently been looking into getting a full sim with a commited investor and I have been reading into the cost of opening a sim and ran into an article or two that stated the cost has decreased. Please conferm or deny this information. Thank you for your assistence. -Styalz

While it is true that the sim price has decreased... It's something that happend a long time ago.  That blog post is from 2012. (._.)

 EDIT: but wow!  Nothing like the setup the blog is claiming.  That's surely a suggestion the Lab never took to heart. ()

You can buy a sim on the secondary market for half or less than from LL and not have to pay the 1K setup fee.  You can rename it and move it, free, if you put the request on the ticket with the owner transfer request too.

There are groups in world you can join that are for sim buyers and sellers to advertise in.  Also check this forum, MP and search , both land search and classifies.  You want to be sure it is the sale of estate rights and the land.
