but instead, it would be helpful if you add more informations to your question. Do you get an error message? If so, which? At what point are you stuck in the login process? Something like that.

1) Installed the latest SL Viewer - https://secondlife.com/support/downloads?lang=en-US

2) Logged in using your current password?

3) Observed an error message and given it to us so we can help you further?
