Problems with Rental Property

:catmad: I found what looked like a good property to rent from http://www.balanvi.com/ however, I cannot buld or rez object on the property. So, I cannot build or rez a house, or furniture. It's useless. I cannot get ahold of the owner of this property to get a refund. I rented a dud.

I have rented from them, numerous times. You should have gotten a group invite when you paid. If you did not, or more likely ignored it(I;ve done that, lol more times than I care to admit to), go to your mailbox and get the invite resent to yourself. You click it to get the group invite. Once you have the tag on, you can build(make sure you're ON the property you rented). I also know they get back with people fairly quickly, I have had to get a hold of them myself. There's also almost always someone in their land store, if you continue having problems.
