everyone of my friends list is saying off line they are not off line i cant msg them nothing.

also my account ballance is saying ??? Or it will say minus 1L i try to contact friends to give me 1L and its saying everyone is off line. I also try to buy 1000 more L to see if that fixes it and it wont let me

It sounds as if you are not being fully connected to SL's servers, which may well be a DNS problem.  So ...

(1) Try shutting off your computer, unplugging the router and modem for a couple of minutes, and then plugging them back in and restarting. That simple step may clear up everything.  If not, then ....

(2) Add Google's free public DNS servers to whatever your ISP assigns you as a default. Here's how >>> https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

If using Google as a DNS does not work for you then see here for alternate servers, or grab DNS Bench to help you locate one.
