Does anyone know of any clubs that allow kid avatars to? I am currently a child avatar and would like to go places.

There is for example at the sim "Aspen" a club you can go, also The Vortex, StartDream Beach Club. You can also try the search and use "youthspot". Many other clubs or places in general allow any kind of avatars without mention them. Look in other kids profiles their picks too. Many of those clubs also have LM giver to other clubs, so it should be possible to find a club that suits you. Keep in mind, that all kind of avatars are allowed on any places, no matter of the rating, but for kid avies stay away from sex stuff. If an owner asks you to leave, just leave. It's their decision.

Check out the Livingtree region.  It does not have a club, per se, but a lot of child avatars and their parents can be found there.  Also contact my young friend, Marianne McCann, or her buddy Pygar Bu.  Both of them are very active in the kids scene and can give you suggestions.
