Dillon Levenque Posted March 5, 2014 Share Posted March 5, 2014 You should first check your Marketplace transaction history: how to do that is described here . It's possible the transaction did not go through. You can also check your account transaction history (under Accounts) on the main Second Life web page to see if you were charged. If the transaction went through and you were charged but your friend still never got the item, you can contact the merchant. Some merchants are pretty generous about sending replacements for non-deliveries but keep in mind that they are just taking your word that the item wasn't delivered. They are under no obligation whatever to send a replacement. Unfortunately, delivery failures do happen. Not very often, but they happen. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
