Now I remember why I left SL before. cannot get access to adult content! Yes followed steps, help!!

tried the usual help topics. its not working. I have it selected in my settings but I can't search as the tick box does not work

First, are you 18 or older, and second, did you give LL your correct date of birth when you registered?

If so, all you should need to do is to change the content access settings in three places...

1. Your Preferences, General tab.
2. Your in-world search settings, and
3. Your Marketplace search settings.

If you have done all of the above, and are still having trouble, you'll need to file a Support Case (click the Help menu selection at the top of this page.)

Unfortunately, the LL Help Desk has posted email responses to a number of OPs that this is beyond the support offered for free accounts. It's really a sad day when this became the standard response to Adult Access issues for non Premium Members.
