why cant i take my money out?

unable to sell linden dollars for US dollars 'daily limit is zero'.  Seems i must do that before i can withdraw to paypall or my initial funding method  - why can't i get my money back from this game which i have no interest in playing anymore?

Your trading limit is probably zero because you have never used the LindeX before. Trading limits for sales always begin at $0 and increase gradually once you have made your first L$ transaction in the LindeX.  If you haven't bought L$ through the LindeX, you can't sell them and the clock for increasing your sale limit hasn't started.

You may request a review of your account to increase your limits by submitting a support case:

1. Under What type of problem are you having? select Billing.
2. Under Billing, select LindeX Billing and Trading Limits Review Reqest.
3. Fill out the remaining fields as instructed, then click Submit.

Linden Lab will review your request and get back to you within five business days.
