can  someone  tell me why i cannot   get the summit  botton after i put in my  info  to  upgrade

Lots of people have this problem.  It's your web browser.  Try these three thingsin order until one of them works for you:

1. Clear your web browser's cache.

2. Disable AdBlock Plus software temporarily.

3. Use a different browser. LL websites are not designed to handle IE well, in particular. (LL is not alone.  IE doesn't get along with a lot of web sites.) Most people have much better luck with Firefox, Chrome, or Opera.
