Won't let me enter events.

Trying to enter in events but it says I have entered too many in a 24 hour time.  I haven't entered any in over a week.

That's a bug in the system.  It's been there for well over a year, and still apparently not fixed.  See https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-3053

The last entry in that JIRA advises people with the problem to submit a new JIRA, well-documented.  In the meantime, AFAIK all you can do it wait for a few hours and try again.
