Need a builder for a Custom Mesh House

i've been looking for the PERFECT mesh house, and I can't find one that I'm absolutely in love with... I've found ones that I love but they're too big, I've found some that I love but they're too small, and there's ALWAYS something different that I don't like about.... Which is why I'm considering hiring someone to build me a custom house.  I know that it will obviously be more expensive than buying a regular house, but I honestly don't know how much.  I don't want a cheap blocky house... so I'm looking for a MESH builder.  Please IM me in world if you're a skilled mesh builder, and/or you know someone who is.  Thank you very much!!!

From the 3d world a project like that could easily be about $100, but if you are going to be constantly checking in and dictating the design past the original specifications and slowing the process down (More time = more money) it could get up into the $400~500 range (And this is the low end)

Yeah, unless you are planning on spending several hundred dollars (like actual, real USD), this really isn't viable.

 

If the house is too small, right click, edit, stretch out. Too big? Right click, edit, stretch in. Done. You have a house that's the right size - not too big, not too small.

What I mean by too big or too small is that it either has too many rooms or too few rooms, which unfortunately I can't fix by stretching it out.

I'll happily do it for L$45,000, I'll have a meeting with you, Arrange Floor plans, Decide with you and then give you a demo beta before Finalizing. This will take two to three days.
