Why is it I can not get the control panel to work in my linden home?

I get eather the usual black side bar with nothing on it and a blank white screen next to it or I get a sign saying error. Can someone please help me?

This sounds like a technical problem that LL must address.  You should contact Live Chat or file a support ticket.  Note that LL is closed for the holidays and live chat is not available until Thursday.  Support tickets are probably only being worked on if there is a serious emergency for the same reason.

 

1. Go to the Support Portal and choose Submit a Support Case.
2. Select Land and Region from the first dropdown menu.
3. Select Linden Home Issues from the second dropdown menu.
4. Fill out the required fields; make sure to include as much relevant information as possible when describing your issue.
5. Click Submit to submit your ticket.

What usually works for me is copying the web address out of the box that pops up and pasting it into my external web browser, like Internet Explorer.
