Why is it I can not get the control panel to work in my linden home?

This sounds like a technical problem that LL must address.  You should contact Live Chat or file a support ticket.  Note that LL is closed for the holidays and live chat is not available until Thursday.  Support tickets are probably only being worked on if there is a serious emergency for the same reason.

 

  1. Go to the Support Portal and choose Submit a Support Case.
  2. Select Land and Region from the first dropdown menu.
  3. Select Linden Home Issues from the second dropdown menu.
  4. Fill out the required fields; make sure to include as much relevant information as possible when describing your issue.
  5. Click Submit to submit your ticket.
