how to retrieve the security word

I ran my avatar for accepting a link...  I changed the password and email  I've phoned the linden  and asked the security word but I forgot  how can I recover the word security?

You cannot.  If you do not know your security word, you can submit a support ticket to explain your situation.  They will probably expect you to provide documents to prove that you are the person that you claim to be.  Then they will assist in resetting your passwoird and security word.
