First, I am pretty new to SL sp if you would please walk through steps that would be awesome. My issue is that my walking AO breaks at franks place. All others inclusding other walking animations work just not the one that I want. when am using it my av stiffens up like a board, hands at his side and just slides everywhere. Well, that is what I see anyway. I am using Phoenix Firestorm as my viewer. Any suggestions please?

That stiffing up and sliding sounds like a lag problem as it so often happens in places with many people. Please check your connection with ctrl-shift-1. FPS good? Packet loss? Latency?

And pls also send your system info so the more technicallly ppl here can advice you better. You don't even need to be logged in world to get the data. From your login screen just click Help --> About 'your viewer' and copypaste the content of that window. It should look somehow like this:

At Frank's Place?

I would not be surprised by any animation glitches there.

Simplistic explanation:

Everything in SL has a priority.  Animations have a lower priority than other things in your viewer.  Frank's Place can be so laggy due to various things, lots of Avatars, incredibly high ARC's due to everyone being dressed to the nines, etc, etc,  that your animation never 'kicks in.'
