I can not enter In World

After resolving the Case # 01768518, I can now go into the Control Panel my account (thanks)

But I can not enter In World ... I get the following message:

"Error on login

At this time we can not complete the request.

For assistance, contact the support department of Second Life through http://secondlife.com/support page

If you can not change the password, call the number (866) 476-9763 "

You would be so kind to help me solve this problem?

"Sirs of Linden Lab" never come to this resident-to-resident Answer service.  We're all like you, fellow SL residents. 

That's a very odd message. I assume that you have followed their instructions and submitted a support ticket or called that free phone number. (Do NOT tell them your password, BTW.  They should never ask.)  If neither of those seems to help, you may have somehow damaged your installed viewer.  If so, download and re-install it.  Do it very carefully, though.  Here's how >>> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/How-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-Second-Life/ta-p/1375231
