Hi Everyone,

so, I'm fairly new to Sl but i noticed recently that my avatars nose has a weird dark shadow down the middle
and I was wondering if anyone knew what might be causing it or how I could get rid of it? it's not a huge deal, i was just wondering what happened because i've made a couple other shapes prior to this and none of them have this problem, and its not the skin causing it because ive tried numerous different skins and it still shows up on all of them...

Anyways! if anyone has any suggestions, let me know! i'd really appreaciate it
Thanks  !:matte-motes-bashful-cute-2:

Weird indeed, and not the only thing... the cheek's blush seems to have an abrupt ending towards the eyes. Are they very sunk?

I think it may be either the parcel's lighting (Windlight), and if it's that, simply turning around, or choosing a standard midday light (Ctrl + Shift + Y) may get rid of it, or a facelight or nearby light.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the feedback!
i think it was the facelight , i removed it and the shadow seems to be gone now..
As i mentioned i am fairly new, so i only just heard about windlight settings and changed them all now and everything looks great now, no more facelights for me! i heard they annoy people anyways :matte-motes-big-grin-squint:
the only thing that still looks slightly off its the abrupt like underneath the eyes where the blush is but that could just be to do with how i made the shape.. and i dont really want to change her face in order to fix it..
